Heidi Glood, FNP-C, APRN
Medical Director/Owner
Heidi is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who realized her ambition and established Pure Medical Aesthetics, PLLC in October of 2017. With a strong interest in aesthetics, she began her career working alongside a plastic surgeon.
Heidi’s professional background includes experience as a Nurse Practitioner in oncology, urgent care, and advanced aesthetics, providing her practice with a solid foundation and guiding her team to deliver top-quality patient care. She is Allergan Certified, specializing in Botox®, Juvéderm®, Kybella®, Radiesse®, and Sculptra® treatments. Heidi is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and serves on the Advisory Board for Evolus, the creators of Jeuveau®.
In addition to her expertise in injections, Heidi has honed her skills in laser techniques, offering a range of services such as hair removal, body contouring, tattoo removal, and acne treatments. With a genuine passion for enhancing natural beauty and a holistic approach to overall well-being, Heidi strives to help each individual look and feel their best inside and out.
Amanda Russell, LPN
Medical Aesthetician
With a career spanning over 16 years in healthcare, Amanda brings a wealth of experience as a nurse with a background in family medicine, pediatrics, and OB/Gyn. Amanda joined Pure Medical Aesthetics in 2021, her exceptional ability to connect with her patients enhances her effectiveness in delivering quality care. She specializes in various skin care treatments including Microneedling with Exosomes, DiamondGlow Facials, Intense Pulse Therapy Treatments (IPL), Hair Removal and Chemical Peels.
Amanda values her time outside of PMA spending time with her two children.
Monica Senftner
Consultation Specialist/Office Manager
Monica plays a versatile role at PMA, encompassing responsibilities such as enhancing patient experiences and providing necessary support for nurses. She conducts personalized skincare consultations to tailor optimal regimens for individual patient needs.
Originally from South Dakota, Monica transitioned from being a stay-at-home parent to becoming a valuable member of the Pure Medical Aesthetics team. She is married and a parent to two children.

Meet Jayda Farlee, RN – Aesthetic Injector at Pure Medical Aesthetics
Jayda brings a patient-centered, precision-focused approach to aesthetic care here at Pure Medical Aesthetics.
Originally from Lantry, SD, she graduated from South Dakota State University in 2023 and began her nursing career in neonatal intensive care (NICU) and pediatric endocrinology—fields that demanded both technical skill and compassion. She now brings that same clinical presence into the world of aesthetic medicine.
Jayda specializes in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments, offering customized care that enhances natural beauty while prioritizing safety and confidence.
Clinical Passion: Thoughtful, evidence-based treatments tailored to each client’s facial structure and goals.
Outside the Clinic: Jayda is a proud mom to one sweet little boy and enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.
Erica Hall, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Erica is a Registered Nurse based in Rapid City, South Dakota, with over 12 years of experience in dermatology and dermatologic surgery. Over the past two years, she has focused her practice exclusively in aesthetic medicine—combining her deep clinical background with her love for helping people feel their absolute best.
Her passion lies in all things skin. Erica thrives in the aesthetic space because it allows her to help people feel more confident in their own skin and take time to prioritize themselves—sometimes for the very first time. She’s especially passionate about education, making sure her patients feel informed, comfortable, and empowered throughout every step of their journey.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Erica is a proud wife and mom to two energetic boys. A creative at heart, she also loves interior decorating and is always working on a new home project.
